Completely rebuilt for the new Century, the spa’s inspiring new architecture reveals pools, baths, and treatment areas unique in the West.               Complementing the spa experience is the Inn’s historic championship golf course. Designed by the renowned team of Sam Whiting and Willie Watson, and originally part of the resort, the18-hole, 177-acre course has been re-acquired and rejuvenated, providing perhaps the most exciting and beautiful golf experience in the Wine Country.

             For hundreds of years, ancient thermal mineral waters have graced this site. First revered by native settlers as a bathing ground, the springs gained popularity among San Franciscans in the 1840s, when a bathhouse emerged to shelter the restorative waters. Generations of travelers have visited this site through the years to "take the waters" and witness its transformation from a rustic bathhouse to an elegant Spanish-Mission style Inn in 1927.
             Today, the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa is proud to be one of the only luxury Spa resorts in the country with our own source of thermal mineral water, which flows from 1,100 feet directly beneath the Inn at 135 degrees. Our Spa pays homage to ancient Egyptian, Greek and Roman civilizations, which believed in the axiom "Sanitas per Aquas," or healing through water.

$39 daily charge for all Hotel Guests without a scheduled spa treatment.

Non-Hotel Premium Fees (per person)
Fee waived for Non-Hotel Guests scheduling two or more same day Body, Facial and/or Salon treatments
                    (each valued at $30 or more).
$49 daily charge for all Non-Hotel Guests scheduling less than two same day Body, Facial or Salon treatments
                    (each valued at $30 or more).
$89 daily charge for all Non-Hotel Guests wishing to use the Spa facilities without scheduling Spa treatments,
                  based  on availability.

Cancellation/No Show PolicyCancellations must be made no less than 24 hours prior to treatment reservation or 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. No Shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Same day reservations may not be cancelled.

THE ROYAL TREATMENT DAY SPA PACKAGE   -   Package price per person $379
Includes entrance and use of the Spa facilities, mineral pools and fitness facilities, two 50- minute treatments of choice  (valued up to $149 each), your choice of a Classic Manicure or Shampoo & Blow Dry, a Spa gift and a smoothie. Treatments may not be shared. 

Please note, for your convenience an 18% service charge will be added to your spa experience.
