The largest and one of the finest
hotels in Zermatt invites you to restful and eventful holidays both
in summer as in winter. The Mont Cervin Palace has become even more
beautiful with its new roof and turret-like emphasis. On the 6th
floor, three new extensive suites have been created; one of them is
a duplex suite with a unique view of the Matterhorn.
The
Mont Cervin Palace consists of three interconnected buildings and
has a total of 133 rooms, junior suites and other suites of varying
size with a total of 261 beds. A majority of the rooms face south
with a view of the Matterhorn, most of them with a balcony or
terrace. Some junior suites and suites have a jacuzzi and most of
them a fire-place. Ask for our top suites on the 6th floor. At the
Residence, some of the suites dispose of a kitchenette and sauna.
Size, location and decoration of the rooms
and suites are different but each offers maximum comfort.
The
spa area has been renovated and enlarged to 1700 m2 and wellness and
spa offers have been extended considerably. On the first floor, the
“Daniela Steiner Beauty Spa” proposes various massages and very
exclusive beauty treatments. Finally all rooms at the hotel and the
Residence have been fitted with a modern communication system. Such
as cable TV with pay-TV, direct internet access and Public
Wireless-LAN.
Located
in the centre of the village surrounded by shops. Mountain railways
leading to the ski and hiking areas are accessible on foot in a few
minutes.
Winter
in Zermatt stands for sun and snow! Favored by its southerly, wind
protected and snow guaranteed situation and its three varied ski
areas, Zermatt boasts the longest skiing season of the Alps. A total
of 394 km of marked downhill ski runs, from the easiest to the most
challenging, are at your disposal. An unlimited number of ski tours
around the Matterhorn are equally available. For non-skiers too
there are a number of winter footpaths, and most of the cozy
mountain restaurants can be reached by cable car in order to meet
your family
or simply to watch
the ski circus.
