          This is a new kind of luxury resort designed for those seeking rejuvenation and escape in a wilderness retreat. The fitness and mind/body program, with over 30 activities including Tai Chi, Yoga and Tae-Bo, is perfectly balanced with perfect pampering and treatments inspired by the beauty that surrounds us. The emphasis is on rejuvenation and a broadly-based approach to health, where activity, fitness, pampering and relaxation are blended to achieve a more finely tuned balance between mind and body.
          An important part of the Delphi experience emerges from the natural beauty of the Delphi Valley. The building is designed to both reflect and enhance this beauty - large bay windows make the most of the spectacular vistas, while wood and local stone are blended to create an organic whole which, although luxurious, is in perfect harmony with its surroundings.
        The relaxed ambiance and warm friendly staff makes this a haven of peace where you can stay in a robe all day and just drift from one lovely treatment to another. And if the need for activity moves you there are country hikes, Tai Chi, Yoga and Tae-Bo. You can also take advantage  of the GREAT OUTDOORS program  on the premises which offers over 30 activities, ranging from high  adventure to gentle walks in a spectacular location.
         Luxurious bedrooms, all with spectacular mountain views and patios, including loft bedroom suites, are individually decorated and themed in a variety of timbers to fit into the natural beauty of  the forested area.
       Our elegant Restaurant specialises in fine dining, featuring seafood and vegetables from our organic gardens and  chanterelles and blackberries from the nearby forests.  Menu choices are unique and imaginative and though guests may choose a diet menu they often find it hard to resist the artistic dishes they see passing by.
        Location: Distance by road - 45 minutes from Westport , 75 minutes from Galway, 2 1/2 hours from Shannon.  Transfers can be arranged  from all airports.

                            The Spa
Treatments include: Hydrotherapy, Balneotherapy, Massages (Swedish, Sports, Herbal, Relexology, Aromatherapy & Indian Head Masssage), Sound Wave Therapy,  a variety of luxury & rehydrating facials, exfoliation, ear candeling, mud and seaweed treatments, body wraps and alternative therapies including Shiatsu and Reiki.
