Nestled in the lush Catskill Mts., just a two hour drive from New York City,
this subtly elegant European style Inn and Spa provides the ideal environment for
a rejuvenating spa vacation for both the body and spirit and for rediscovering the peace there is to be found in

services and sport facilities but are never burdened by strenuous exercise regimes.
Our meals are flavorful and nutritious,

beautiful, but happily, starvation is not part of our philosophy. Beyond a
wholesome discipline, we recommend you be gentle with yourself. A visit to us amid our

universe is evolving as it should.
We are very
proud of our spa cuisine. You can expect to be served light, multiple course meals
consisting of the freshest fish, shellfish, free range poultry, whole-grain breads and
pastas, with seasonal produce, herbs and fruits.
Our
special wellness packages are highly personalized and tailored to your
individual needs and last anywhere from 2 days to 3 months. All aspects of
your being -- physical, mental, emotional & spiritual — are taken care of
during the course of the program.
We
combine naturopathic principles from Europe and America with the practices
and therapies of Chinese, Tibetan and Ayurvedic medicine. Our programs are
all natural, healthy, healing, holistic and effective. Whatever your goal is

SPA
FACILITIES AND PROCEDURES:
A 60 foot indoor swimming pool Located at the end of the first floor hallway on the opposite end from the
office, the pool is open from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. from May to September and 4 p.m. until
8 p.m. from October first until May first. Sauna, Jacuzzi and
cardio-vascular equipment
are located in the swimming pool building.
MASSAGE AND BODY CARE: All of our massage therapists and
estheticians are profess- ionally certified and NYS licensed.
SPA TREATMENTS: A wide variety of face and body
treatments, massages, hydrotherapy, Eastern practices; reiki, ayurvedic,
acupuncture, shiatsu, shirodhara massage, private fitness & yoga classes, body
composition analysis.
TENNIS COURT :Located on our private island, accessible
by a hanging bridge, at a beautifully secluded site, sheltered from wind is our tennis
court. It boasts professional Deco-turf surface. The court time should be booked at the
front desk. The tennis court is accessible all day long, and the key may be secured from
the office.

Our accelerated weight
loss and detox plans rely on juice and
super-green drinks, lemonade and
specialized herbal teas. Depending on
the length of your stay, we either

accessible by car, bus or air.

By Car:
Take I-87 (New York State Thruway) to exit 19 (Kingston) and take the first right
after toll to Route 28 West (towards Pine Hill). Follow Route 28 for twenty six miles. The
Inn will be on your left, 2 1/2 miles past the village of Phoenicia.

Adirondack Trailways departs several times daily from Port Authority Bus Terminal in
Manhattan and stops at our door

By Air:
