By train:  Bad Kissingen via Würzburg/Schweinfurt,  Fulda orGemünden. The ICE train stations Würzburg and Fulda can be reached from all locations within Germany via the rail network of the Deutsche Bahn AG. Almost as reasonable as  by train!
