PROGRAM: Enjoy a bright, airy atmosphere in a spacious fitness center that is equipped with up-to-date equipment from the major brands Life Fitness and Technogym! Our motivated Expert Vital Team will help You reach Your personal goals during the time You stay with us. ADLER cardio & power training The great fitness world of ADLERFIT is equipped with up-to-date cardio appliances by Life Fitness and power equipment from the Technogym line Selection. All equipment is available to you free of charge. Our ADLERFIT team will give you a short introduction for an efficient, healthy and performance increasing training. Personal coaching On request, we also offer an extensive fitness check (stamina test, muscle function test, body fat measurement, fitness consulting) and can put together your individual training plan for your holiday and at home. • 90 min. € 75 Lactate test & body fat measurement During lactate test while stamina training, it is possible to ascertain at what pulse frequency the fat burning process and cardio and blood pressure training are most effective in your personal case. Using body fat measurement, it is possible to gain important information to formulate a training plan. • Body fat measurement, including consultation approx. 40 min. € 35 • Lactate test and body fat measurement approx. 60 min. € 80 MED-X® back school Our sports coaches are your competent partner to help you effectively prevent backache and to give relief to damaged disc problems. First of all, the strength, mobility and stamina of your back stretching muscles are tested. Then you will have some training on the innovative MED-X® equipment (used at the Alpha Clinic in Munich). It is the most effective equipment of its kind. The back school is completed through an individual combination of Med-X® training, “Pilates”, “Theraball” gym and training with the “Staby-Bar”®, power and stamina training, deep muscle and coordination training, which connects your posture stabilization points • first Med- X® session € 40, each following session € 20 |
